I would thoroughly recommend Shire Skylights, from the inquiry about a quote, the recommendations, advice and communication prior to installation was excellent. On the day Ben and his team were great, outstanding protection of areas, quick efficent and high quality workmanship, along with sub contracted electrics (Rob) and painting (Darren) all created a beautiful skylight in our kitchen. Clean up and follow up were also well executed. Very happy customer.

My installs booked in a couple of weeks, but I’m so impressed with the responsiveness and friendly professionalism in all my dealings with Shire Skylights from first enquiry, to the measure and quote and fitting us in and working around other trades. Best experience by far this year for any service provider we’ve worked with and we also run our own business – so we deal with both personal and professional service companies. Great experience replacing an old oversized dome skylight after water leaked through the ceiling during heavy storms. Competitive, no fuss quote for double glazed window. Chris was thorough with the installation and kept us informed. When it turned out that the leak was only partly due to the deteriorated former skylight he kept engaged and helped us with working through the issues together with the roof tiler Shire Skylights had engaged for the job (some repointing had to be done due to the location of the window). Great communication throughout, really felt valued as a customer, thanks very much Chris! 🙂

I wanted to install a large skylight which meant cutting some truss beams. Whilst other installers tried to steer me away from my dreams, the team from Shire skylights came out, measured and checked the roof and determined the best way forward to address my roof struts and beams and installed the Skylight in 1 day!
